The Key Principle of Continuously Healthy People (video)

   In my long experience (from 1987), through my personal mental training and direct interaction with tens of thousands of graduates in more than 500 live seminars, I have noticed this habit of continuously healthy people.


  • Disease/sickness when it appears in your life is a signal that you need to change

  • What do you need to change? Your relationship with yourself and your limiting habits

  • Most people on this planet have not grasped this principle

  • When sick, all they want to achieve is to come back to functioning again

  • If they don’t make the change within themselves, probably the disease/sickness will ‚knock on the door again‘
